On a scale of 1 to 10 where 10 is fantastic, I would rate the site's degin an 8 because I like that their is a pictrure in the background and everything is easy to read. I also like the color sceme, and the welcoming environment.
On a scale of 1 to 10 where 10 is fantastic, I would rate the site's usability a 10, because everything is easy to read, you can easily fill in blanks, helps guide you thought through the sign up process and you can't tell what information is most important and what the purpose of the form is for.
